Account Application Form

Payment is due 20th following month.

That you undertake to pay the account in full on or before the due date. In default of such prompt payment, you undertake to pay late fees of 2.5% per month on any amount outstanding and to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis if legal action is necessary, and/or Marshall Freeman Collections fees, which we may incur in recovering from you any overdue amount.

If any account remains unpaid at the end of the second month after supply of the goods or services the following shall apply: An intermediate amount equivalent to 10% of overdue levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable.

The buyer authorises the seller to collect, retain and use any information about the buyer, for the purpose of assessing the buyers credit worthiness.

The buyer shall inspect the services on delivery and shall within seven (7) days of delivery notify the seller in writing of any alleged defect or failure to comply. If the buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory.

These goods remain the property of Engineering Solutions HB 1998 LTD until fully paid.
